Generation is blocked until your credits reset at the start of the next billing cycle, or until you upgrade to a plan with more monthly credits.
How do extra teams work?
Pro includes 1 active team. Each additional active team adds $9/month, and you can manage those add-ons from this page or the billing portal.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Plan changes apply immediately unless additional payment confirmation is required.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. Each generation consumes upstream AI infrastructure costs that are incurred immediately and cannot be reversed. Please start with the Lite plan if you'd like to try the service before committing to Starter or Pro.
